DominicMetal1979 “maybe they extended him more credit than he could handle, which would mean they bear some responsibility too.”

stupidest goddam thing I’ve heard all day.

By that logic, you should sue general motors for causing drunk driving.

never mind the dipshit that spent the money … er, I mean… got behind the wheel and drove drunk.

@maxhemmingway well the next time you sue someone in ccc do this credit wrench loser a favor and buy him a set of teeth.

  3. maxhemmingway 5 January 2010 at 5:25 pm Permalink

Yes, we belong to BBB, Chamber of Commerce, Toastmasters and many more organizations but most just take your money but give little or nothing in return. Sure makes you look good in the eyes of those who don’t know any better. We have to keep up appearances but the truth is that we are in business to make money and that is all. The organizations we belong to give us contact with both old and potential new customers and that is why we join all of them we can. Its all about the money.

I just happen to be a debt collector myself. While I certainly don’t agree with what is in th video, I don’t agree with your comments either. We sue people all the time who have relied on credit counseling to get them out of trouble and when we sue all their good intentions went down the drain. Free or not, CC services can’t help people when they get sued. In fact, if we find out a debtor is using a CC outfit we will sue them much faster because we aren’t getting that money. BBB? Yes, a ripoff

  5. MrSICKMOTHERFUCKER 5 January 2010 at 6:16 pm Permalink

@Cap1sucks so now your saying the BBB is a joke?! dude you must be credit wrench your hours of reply are exaclty the same and anyone that says the BBB is bad is a joke. Who does business with anyone that doesnt belong to the BBB? Seriously like judge Judy said…when people lie they dont make since! except she screams it! Consumer Credit Counseling must be a joke then since they belong to the BBB with an A rating and are NON Profit and FREE, Wiith office NationWide. your a joke dude.

  6. MrSICKMOTHERFUCKER 5 January 2010 at 7:03 pm Permalink

credit counseling is free and are professional company with offices nationwide. end of story. ccc really helps people get out of debt avoid further problems and teaches you how to establish better credit and they are a NON PROFIT YES NON PROFIT company! NON PROFIT. And belong to the BBB yes the BBB and have people answering their PHONES and have OFFICES yes OFFICES to sit down in and discuss your situation. REAL PEOPLE REAL BUSINESS REAL ANSWERS.

  7. MrSICKMOTHERFUCKER 5 January 2010 at 7:26 pm Permalink

ANd if your a debtor if you dont want to deal with an agency your better off calling a phone number where someone answers the phone call your local CONSUMER CREDIT COUNSELOR… just google it counsumer credit counseling. its real people that really help you from debt collectors they work with the agecnies…one last thing what wrennch isnt telling you there is a law call ed Bone FIde Error agencies use them all the time..so they can win their cases and then garnish you. this guy is a quack!

  8. MrSICKMOTHERFUCKER 5 January 2010 at 7:59 pm Permalink

lame excuse…you cant find qualified enough people? what kind of business man are you? IBM, Delta airlines, Papa Johns Pizza, what they dont have people answer phones?! Bottomlline is you make money off of debtors just like agencies do except you barely make enough cuz you dont have a real business model. What associations do you belong to? what you do is tell half truths to the debtors and not tell them they could be countered sued or plain out sued. they would be better off with CCC.

  9. creditwrench 5 January 2010 at 8:17 pm Permalink

Nope! No basement here. People answering my phones? There aren’t any people available who are qualified to answer my phones. Agencies suing people out of the gate? That’s great! Just gets them sued in federal court quicker. Even if they haven’t broken any laws, their lawyer will & that gets them named as co-defendants because they hired the lawyer. Best advice if you are a debt collector & run into a creditwrench student is run like hell because you will get sued in federal court if you don’t.

How would you know from a video whether he has a genuine business address or not? You think he should belong to the BBB? Costs $400 last time I heard and that $400 guarantees that BBB will never say anything bad about your business no matter what you do or don’t do, Not true? Then do a BBB check on all the credit bureaus out there. They have a great listing. No problems not resolved yet they get sued every day. Nothing but a ripoff. Out of his basement? That window ain’t underground. Get real!

  11. MrSICKMOTHERFUCKER 5 January 2010 at 9:42 pm Permalink

Seriously if he made any money in it…he would have a genuine business address…belong to the bbb as well his local chamber of commerce and have people answering his phones. Looks like he works out of his basement. As well one thing he doesnt say is agencies are just sueing more people out of the gate once they locate their employment. Their not even calling as much any more, its a waste of time and not as prfitable than just garnishing. Best advice just be responsible and pay your bills.

  12. Cap1sucks 5 January 2010 at 10:39 pm Permalink

What are you selling? Memberships to online dating clubs? Or are you really into e-whoring? That sounds more like it. Tricking sick dudes on Craigslist into thinking they can get a look at your boobs. That sounds more like your speed.
He isn’t caught up over bill collectors. They make him more money than you’d ever imagine. Go peddle your boobs elsewhere.

  13. MrSICKMOTHERFUCKER 5 January 2010 at 10:55 pm Permalink

@creditwrench dude seriously you whine like a girl. cry about your rights we all have rights but seriously worry about making money and getting a girl in life than just barely getting by in life off lil paydays of suing people. you really need to quit sounding like a girl and just become a mans man and maybe just maybe a nice tender women would come into your life and make it more pleasurable instead of being caught up over bill collectors.

To anyone calling this guy a loser:
Do you know WHY he is/was in debt? It could have been medical, or maybe they extended him more credit than he could handle, which would mean they bear some responsibility too. Many banks want to get you as endebted as they can, so they can raise the rates and suddenly you can’t pay it off, even though it HAD been under control. They bring it on themselves.

I’ve heard a lot of patriot nutjob theories in my time but that one takes the grand prize. The constitution protects the citizen from illegal action by government. The men and women in uniform have never paid the debts of anyone except themselves. I almost died laughing at your crazy idea myself.

  16. beefyoso 6 January 2010 at 12:50 am Permalink

“I have a constitutional right to not pay my bills, that has been paid for by the sacrifice of our brave men and women in uniform!”
I hope you have a wonderful day.

I’m the lowlife? Maybe so, but if I am a lowlife how about the person who abuses my rights on a wholesale basis, time and time again, violating federal and state laws in the process? And then when that don’t get them their way they go crying to another lowlife (an attorney) whose sworn duty it is to uphold the law. My rights are the most precious and valuable things I have. Who can put a price on those rights except the soldier who paid the ultimate price in the service of his country?

  18. beefyoso 6 January 2010 at 1:59 am Permalink

I won’t pay back the money I owe, so I’ll try to trick them into breaking the law so I can sue them in federal court. You know you’re a lowlife, right?

Glad it has worked for you, but what is important is the fact that you stood up and fought and that is the most important message of all. Those who stand up and fight can win. Those who don’t always lose. Thanks for your comments

I was injured in an accident that caused me to lose my job. Debtors don’t care that you’ve had a perfect record. They want their money and they’ll use any shady tactic to get it. I learned how to use the FDCPA a longtime ago. I have a standard letter that I mail them (certified) and it hasn’t failed me yet. It stops them in their tracks and they can’t mess with my credit rating either.

Can’t see the link with banks loaning money they do not have? who do you think owns fininace companies and credit card compnaies. We are just the last maggots in the food chain. But we are also the essential maggots! Remember the whale feeds on crill. Money is debt see the video and think about it

  24. creditwrench 6 January 2010 at 6:10 am Permalink

That’s great advice indeed. Too bad it becomes impossible to follow for someone who lost his/her job and can’t find anther. Before you spout off your mouth next time stop to think of GM, AIG, Morgan Stanley and the 81 banks who couldn’t follow your great advice. While you are in the mood to give such great advice why not get a great job advising Obama and the government. They can’t ever pay off all the money they have borrowed from other nations. If they won’t listen then go get a life.

You know? If your going to buy something or take out a loan for whatever reason, be prepared to pay it back and have back up plans on how your going to pay it back….and read the aggreement on things before you sign for them. But really..if you dont have the cash to buy something, dont get it. You’ll avoid situations like this.
