Is it possible to buy a persons debt from a credit collection company? If so how would I do that?
A friend told me that I rejoice in my neighborhood buy their debtors debts of another debt collection company could. Is that right? If so, what should I do that?
You’d have to be licensed. It’s a very risky business. The odds of making money are slim unless you have the monetary resources to buy a lot of debts in hopes of collecting on a few of them to make a profit. The reference below gives you some info on becoming a collection agent.
