I’d imagine here are similar laws here, but US law tends to vary from state to state.
For your problem, I’d do some online investigate in your state laws or check an online forum board (here must be a US-based one everyplace) and search for any forum threads that discuss problems similar to your own.
hey i came across your video and i had a few questions. Im in the u.s. so i dont know if all those act would apply. I had a debt to a cell phone carrier verizon wireless, they turned it over to collections and now my grandma, mom, and i are frequently called. they claim i owe them around $500.00 i told them i dont believe i owe them that much. you are very educated on this collection stuff, and i was wanting to know what i should do. request a letter sayin i owe this? plz help n much like
