once you recieve a debt collection notice does it go staright to your credit report?
I have a collection notice from a newspaper subscription (San Francisco Tale me) gave me a year ago, but never paid. I have to go to these subscriptions by some high school Kid door to door. I helped him out and lost 2 Subscriptions to the press arrived, but the other not.
